How Qonektus handles your family's information while it is in private testing. A full policy comes before launch.
What we keep
- Your email address and the name you give.
- Your child's first name, birth month and year, country, sports and position.
- The stats you log, and photos you choose to add.
Video
Game video stays on your phone. We never upload it. A mentor sees a clip only in a live call, when you choose to show it.
Who sees your child's information
- Your child's guardians.
- Mentors you choose, while you work with them.
- A team's coaches, only after the Parent accepts the team's invitation.
We email you only about your account: invitations, sign-in, and notices such as new messages or session reminders. No marketing. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Others who help us
Amazon Web Services hosts Qonektus. Stripe takes payments and checks mentors' and coaches' identity. Live sessions run on Mnemocast.
